Our services begin with an initial call to our registered nurse, Linda Polland, RN.
In a brief phone call she can work with a client, spouse, or family member to discuss what potential home care
needs there are and what services we may assist with. We understand that you are the one in charge
of your own home. We will listen to your concerns, follow your requests, and be sure our care addresses
how you prefer to have your loved one and home cared for.
Linda will then schedule an assessment, to be performed in the comfort of your home and at your convenience.
During this meeting, she works closely with you (and your family if requested) to resolve the most affordable,
efficient and beneficial care plan. This plan would be tailored to include a caregiver matched to your
specific needs, suggestions for home safety, and, if you request, coordination with outside organizations
or your physician for assistance (such as help finding medical equipment or ordering medications and supplies).
